How projects are handled
I do not publish fixed prices because the scope can vary substantially. You submit the project details first. I review the requirement, clarify anything necessary and send a quote by email. Work starts only after the scope, timeframe and price are finalised and full payment has been received.
Ownership and control
My role is to provide the agreed service, not to keep a client dependent on me. After the agreed custom work is completed and fully paid, the client receives control of the deliverables subject to any third-party or open-source licences. Ongoing maintenance is optional and can be arranged separately when it is useful.
Working standards
I prefer clear scope, direct communication and realistic expectations. I do not guarantee rankings, revenue or outcomes controlled by search engines, third-party platforms or market behaviour. I also do not present fake testimonials, invented team members or misleading company claims.
